March 10, 2010
I know I have already posted an image from our rather short session at 13th Beach Golf Links, but the response to the first image was so overwhelmingly positive I thought I would post another!!

Barwon Heads Wedding Photography
March 9, 2010
We all know how “interesting” the weather was over the weekend in Victoria, and I have to say while I missed the heaviest of it, it did play havoc with the wedding I photographed the Barwon Heads Golf Club.
In between breaks in the rain and thunder, we wandered out onto the edge of the 13th Beach Golf Links to grab a few quick storm inspired images… Like this!!

Reception Party Animals
March 8, 2010
I noticed that the wedding reception doesn’t get that much blog time, which is weird because the reception takes up 30-40% of the actual wedding day!!
So I did a quick check through some of my recent wedding reception party images and gathered together a few I would like to share.

Barwon Heads
March 7, 2010
I had a wedding at the Barwon Heads Golf Club yesterday, and there was about an hour of down time between the Bride getting her hair and make-up done in Prahran, and when everyone would arrive at 13th Beach Golf Links to get ready… And you know exactly what I like to do when I have a little down time.

Gateway in the moonlight
March 5, 2010
Its amazing what you see while driving home from a client meeting at 10pm. I had pulled over on the side of the road to take a phone call from my lovely wife who just wanted to know if I was on my way, and then told me to take care and travel safely. Looking out the passenger window of the car as I hung up the phone, this scene lay before me… I couldnt resist grabbing a camera and stepping out of the car. With the full moon low in the sky and the cold wind howling, it kind of had a Werewolf feel to it.
I know, its kinda weird… and I was in two minds about posting this one, but its just so different I couldn’t help myself.

Gateway in the moonlight
Those squiggly lines in the sky are actually stars… It was a 1.6 second exposure and like I said it was kind of cold and very windy… so keeping the camera steady was not really an option, but it fits the whole mood of the scene perfectly.
So there you have it and like I always say, please feel free to comment… Especially those of you viewing this via Facebook !!!

Below the Lighthouse – Point Lonsdale
March 4, 2010
I couldn’t resist posting another sneak peek from Jaz and Daves wedding.
Its funny because I dont normally pose people to much at all, I just let them be themselves. So its great that Jaz and Dave were so good at just being themselves !!
