The aim of Image of the week !! is to show you a little more of what I love to shoot, and sometimes its something a little different.
This weeks image is a Skate shot…

And for those that are interested, It was captured by :- Canon 5D Mark II & EF17-40mm @17mm – ISO 50 – 1/500 second @ f/5.6
Even though we did have 2 flashes on a light stand to play with, the main light (camera left) is provided by the setting sun, I just added a little on camera fill flash to balance out the shadows.
So there you have it.

Scooter Back-flips

I have to admit, I always enjoy seeing people do things that I wouldn’t ever attempt myself… and I will go out of my way to photograph them as well.
A recent trip to the local skate park provided me (and others) with a little entertainment.

We are Pregnant !!!

Proud as punch to announce that after a few months of trying, we are Pregnant !! We just found out today !!
Its official !! We are having a baby !!!
YAY !!
How cool is that??
For those of you that don’t know, that makes number 7 (well… 6 babies and a foster child… that makes 7) and we are not going to say if this will be the last one or not, either !!!!

Mothers Day and a Pony…?

The dust has settled on Mothers Day for another year and we all had a great day as a family.
The Kids did a great job at choosing gifts that my lovely wife Narelle really appreciated.
I only had one gift in mind, and here she is…
Meet Bobby, my wife's new pony.
She loves to spend time in the pillow hills on our bed.
She's a miniature Pony (standing less than 10cm tall)

Image 1 – EF-s 60mm Macro ISO 1600 – 1/60 second @ f/4.5
Image 2 - EF50mm/1.4 – ISO 1600 – 1/40 second @ f/1.8

Another boring update

It has a nice ring to it, doesn’t it… Great name for a blog post… Yep.
But, in all seriousness, I am working on a few new things that I will share once they are finished.
And as a side note, I updated robbduncan.com.au so it is more in line with what you see here, and … ummm.. yeah, thats about it really.
Told you it was boring.

Whats News…??

Well, you can see from the lack of Blog posts for the past couple for days that I have been busy yes…??
Well, there are 3 reasons for that.
1. I am working on a new folio section for the website…
2. I am doing a little Autumn cleaning and some re-decorating in my online world, trying to bring my branding up to a point where it has a little more consistency…
3. I still have 3 Client Albums to design and Build, YAY !!!
Just thought I would let you know, in case you were thinking I had dropped off the earth or something !!
