I love to photograph almost anything… I guess you have noticed that by now… This is my life.

Landscape photography is something I find relaxing, a stress relief as well as a creative outlet and you don’t ever have to travel far to find something.
I tell you what, the web version of the above image just doesn’t do it justice.

Jogging Photography V

A week or so ago, you might remember I jogged along the Altona beach front… Well, I went back for another go, there is no such thing as too much of a good thing is there…??

Eternity Ring.

The ring shot I posted on Sunday created a bit of a stir, and I received a lot of positive feedback, which is always great !! Some readers asked how long it took to set up and shoot, what camera and flash settings I used etc… all the usual stuff. That is, except for one reader, who stated “Its a cool shot and all, but surely you couldn’t just do that during any wedding.”
Yeah, you would need a twig and something to put it in, but it’s not like this is difficult, and it is shot with all the usual equipment I have ready to use at any wedding.
So, it got me thinking, and during a quick revisit to the concept, I shot the following… including setup, in less than 3 minutes.

Big Rock

Just a couple of landscape shots from our recent trip to Big Rock in the You Yangs.
It was a beautiful clear winters afternoon, there was a little texture in the clouds, and the light was gorgeous, perfect for photography.
