On the beach at Point Lonsdale
April 30, 2010
You might remember Jazz and Dave from their rather popular beach Engagement Session a while back.
Well, we travelled to a different beach after their wedding, but I still wanted to create images that had a similar feel to them.
Something the same, but different.

Lest we forget
April 25, 2010
I think I expressed my feelings pretty well when I blogged about this a year ago.
Today is one of the few days in the year when I actually take a moment to stop and reflect on things… and maybe shed a tear. Today I look back on my families long, proud and its fair to say at times miss guided Military Service history. I say “miss guided” not to diminish what they did or what they went through, but to attempt to convey to you the simple fact that for the most part, they (like so many others) didn’t know what they were getting themselves into. But I suppose thats enough about that…
Like many people, I feel strongly about ANZAC. I was born in Australia, and raised in New Zealand. Dads a Kiwi, Mums an Aussie. Technically I am an Aussie, but I served in the New Zealand Army… You get the idea right…? Good. Enough about me.
And like I said, a picture is worth a thousand words… So here is my thousand.
Simple, Straight Forward… and Cold.

Two Beers, Carlton Draught from Melbourne and Tui from New Zealand
You might be thinking to yourself “why did he use choose those beers…?” Well, thats an easy one, you see Carlton Draught is my Dad’s favorite Aussie beer and Tui is MY favorite beer, and I am about to enjoy one of each in a moment.
