The Rotunda – Williamstown Wedding Reception

Its always nice to photograph somewhere a little different and The Rotunda on the beach at Williamstown is certainly a little different. It has that intimate feel to it that you just cant get with a larger venue, and I like that.

The Wedding day had been a little wild and stormy, with plenty of wind and rain. But just as the sun set, the clouds parted, and…

Considering the Rotundas tinted windows, this shot is actually a lot harder than it might first appear. But we can cover that another day.

So there you have it and like I always say, please feel free to comment… Especially those of you viewing this via Facebook !!!

Arlington at Wattle Park

I am shooting Luke and Suzie’s wedding at Arlington at Wattle Park this weekend and I have to say this is another wedding I am really looking forward to! (Did someone say whiskey?)

Here are a few showcase shots of the venue to give you an idea of why I love “Arlington”.

Overnewton Castle and Valentines day.

It’s only 3 more sleeps until I get to photograph Jason and Carmen’s wedding at Overnewton Castle in Keilor and I must say I am more than a little excited.

And not just because the Bride and Groom are such genuinely friendly people, but also Overnewton is one of those locations that is a real joy to attend and I have not been there in a while.

The impressive Overnewton Castle - Keilor

Overnewton Castle was built in 2 stages, with the colonial bluestone homestead built in 1849 and then the addition, 10 years later, of the Scottish baronial style wing. With 35 rooms and set among beautiful English gardens, Overnewton is as impressive as it is tranquil.

So you can easily tell why I love the place so much!

The Windmill Gardens

I will be shooting Ricardo and Phuong’s wedding ceremony and reception at the lovely Windmill Gardens in Rockbank this coming weekend and I am really looking forward to it.

Here are a few images of this unique venue.
