From Cristy & Bens Wedding – Shaving the boys – Part I

OK, so here we go, back to blogging a little more regularly again !!

These are a few images of the boys at the Barber, from Cristy & Ben’s wedding. I have to admit I was excited when I found out I would finally get to photograph the ritual barber shop shave!! ”You were excited about it”, I hear you ask…  Yes I was!! So much so, I went and hired a Canon 24/1.4L lens, for the weekend, as I knew that “John The Barber” was a nice little shop in Watton street with not a great deal of room to move around in.

And as a side note, I fell in love with the 24L Lens and ordered one the same day I sent the rental back.

Laura Burlton - Robb, that’s awesome :) What a great ( and sort of scary) treat for the groomsmen!

Stefano - I love the B/W treatments on a set of old school traditions. Great job!

Bertrand P Spence - This little documentary series has really turned some heads locally, that’s for sure. It’s still a little too loosely edited for some tastes, but for your intended purpose, I would say its perfect.

Melissa Lawler - I think it is very refreshing to look as the guys at the salon. Great black and white conversions.
